1 skein Spun Cloud yarn ~ (100% wool; approx. 100 yds / 200 g) shown in Fuchsia Twist

Pom pom maker (3 3/8” / 8.5 cm) or square piece of sturdy cardboard of the same length for making pom pom

Stitch holders or smooth scrap yarn (1)

Stitch markers (1)

Tassel maker (4” / 10 cm) or rectangular piece of sturdy cardboard of the same length for making tassels

Needles:

Size US 13 (9 mm) 16” / 40 cm circular needle or size needed to obtain gauge

Size US 13 (9 mm) double pointed needles or size needed to obtain gauge

Cable needle (optional)

Tapestry needle

Size:

Circumference - 20” / 51 cm

Length from Crown to Tip of Earflap - 12.5” / 32 cm

Length from Crown to Brim - 8.5” / 22 cm

Recommended to fit a 20-22“ / 51-56 cm head circumference.

Gauge:

8 sts and 13 rnds = 4” / 10 cm in stockinette stitch worked in the round, steam blocked
