This crochet pattern contains detailed and easy to follow instructions (21 pages) of how to make and assemble crochet flower in 3 different variations: flower in a pot, flower wrapped in a decorative floral paper and little keychain flower. It also contains a lot of step-by-step photos, helpful notes and tips throughout the pattern and instructions of how to wrap the flower in a floral paper.

It’s a standard, printable PDF file, available in ENGLISH language (US terms).

Materials and tools you need:

  • Crochet hook: 3.0 mm or 2.00 mm
  • Yarn: weight category: medium/worsted/aran (50g = 85m) or light/DK (to make the little, keychain flower)
  • Stitch marker
  • Tapestry needle
  • Scissors
  • Soft stuffing (like fiberfill) – to stuff the flowerpot and a stem if necessary
  • Craft wire or floral stem wire – at least 2.0 mm thickness; to stiffen the stem
  • A piece of a cardboard (I’ve used a milk carton) – to make the flowerpot’s bottom flat and stiff
  • Pen
  • Hot glue gun – optional; you can also use tapestry needle and a piece of yarn to sew the flower’s parts together
  • Eyeshadows and a soft brush – optional; if you want to color the petals
  • Key chain ring – optional; if you want to make the flower keychain
  • Floral bouquet wrapping paper or a jute fabric and a piece of ribbon – optional; if you want to make the flower wrapped in decorative way.

Finished size:
Following the instructions with recommended materials you will get:

  • Flower in a pot – 16 cm (6.5 inch)
  • Flower wrapped in decorative floral paper - 21 cm (8 inch)
