“Wormrider” is the Fremen term for someone who can call and ride a sandworm, usually as a rite of passage into adulthood. The fisherman rib cuff is meant to represent the mouth of a sandworm and the ribs on the legs depict the worm body. Slipper is worked top down in modular fashion both in the round and flat. Cuff is meant to stand up on its own, but there are drawstrings if you want them tight.
