This pattern is a modern bandana-style cowl combining a smooth fabric with richly textured overlay stitches. The piece is both graphic and wearable. Inspired by the original Bandanarama design, this pattern takes the familiar shape and stitches in a more textured direction.

Written to use either fingering or DK weight yarn. Perfect for showcasing hand-dyed yarns or your favourite colour combinations. It sits comfortably around the neck and will add warmth without bulk.

The size (Medium vs Large) is mainly determined by the yarn used (fingering for a Medium size and DK for a Large size), but the top opening (circumference) can be adjusted for both sizes.
