Woven Waves Dishtowel
I love slip-stitch knitting. The technique creates a woven fabric using basic stitches. This stitch pattern is one of my faves, it’s beautiful, reversible, and thick enough for a great dishtowel.
The i-cord edging provides additional interest and nice finishing and the hook will keep the towel on your cabinet and not on the floor.
The pattern is easy to memorize and great for beginners or TV knitting. The finished product appears more complicated than it is.
If you are looking to cast on a smaller project I also published this pattern as a washcloth/soap sack pattern.
