An innovative colourful wrap combining two different yarn weights, seven colours and lots of different stitch patterns.
A fun pattern to crochet!

The pattern gives precise row by row and round by round instructions. There are also photo tutorials.

Rows with light fingering yarns and hook size 3 are alternated with rows using Aran weight yarns and hook size 4.5. Because of this the number of stitches of each row varies.

The wrong side of this wrap looks nice too.

A few rows are embellished with running stitches and/or cross stitch embroidery. There’s a photo tutorial to show where the cross stitches are placed.

Measurements:
Width: 20 inch/51 cm
Length: 77 inch/195 cm

One octagon measures:
4.3 inch/11 cm across

You will need 4 colours of light fingering and 3 colours in Aran weight. Therefore this pattern is perfect for using leftover yarn from your stash.
It’s is possible to use fingering and DK yarn in this pattern.
On the left at the bottom of the page there are two photos showing the yarn I used.
