The bold lines of this top down sock are my interpretation of the sin of wrath. Simple cables paired with seedstitch create a thick textured zig zag.

Pattern is available in size small (60 stitches), medium (64 stitches) and large (72 stitches).

Gauge is 9 stitches per inch and 11 rows per inch in stockinette.

Sample was knit using Ferner Wolle Sommernachtsreigen in color 8. Sample is a size medium and has a foot length of 9 inches (23 cm) and used 73 grams (307 meters (336 yards)).

Materials:

  • 420 meters (460 yards) of fingering weight yarn.
  • 2.5 mm (US 1.5) double pointed or circular needles.
  • Cable needle.
  • Tapestry needle.
