US 3 - 3.25 mm

Errata: In the foot section the size UK 4 should say us size 6

This pattern is worked on 2 needles from the top down to the toe and is joined by a seam up the back of the sock.

Any double knit/8ply yarn will be suitable although I recommend having some v
acrylic or nylon in the yarn as this will make your socks more durable.
The size can be adjusted to fit any ladies shoe size by adding or subtracting rows when knitting the foot section. Also the length of the leg can be adjusted by adding or subtracting rows when knitting the leg section.
For the standard pattern size I used 1 skein/ball of double knit/8ply yarn but if you are going to add length to the leg and/or foot this would mean that you require more yarn
