The Wyandotte sock is based on one of my absolute favorite chicken breeds — the Wyandotte. I have one Silver Laced Wyandotte in my flock and to say her plumage is stunning is an understatement. There are various colors within the Wyandotte breed which lends to great inspiration to color choice. Gold Laced, Blue Laced, and Buff Laced are just to name a few that include browns, golds, white/creams, and blues to the color palette of your sock. Your socks will be a stunning addition to your sock collection or a gift for your favorite chicken lover.

Overview:
This sock is written top-down on DPNS. Your preferred sock knitting style can be substituted if preferred. The sock consists of a folded cuff, a colorwork leg, an eye of partridge heel flap and gusset, and stockinette foot with a classic wedge toe decrease.
