This project is mainly crochet but does entail some other basic crafting skills

Stitches used: sc, hdc, dc, in ch dec skipped stitches FLO, BLO & Loop stitch plenty of great online tutorials for them all

Finished Size: approximately 5” tall
Intermediate Pattern in US terms
Gauge doesn’t matter, even tension does

Materials:
US 5, 1.5mm steel hook
80ish yds,Crochet thread Size 5, for leg
1- 10 gram ball, Crochet thread size 5 for lampshade
1-10 gram ball, Crochet thread size 10 for fringe 1 10 gram ball
10-12 yds. Crochet thread Size 12, shoe color

For Stocking:
6”x 6 “piece of slightly stretchy, Polyester netting or Nylon tulle – stretchy is important
Heavy sewing thread, (button thread works great) for stocking seam
Tapestry needle

6” length of thin flexible wire, same gauge as the thread
Wire cutters
Your favorite clear drying, ‘glue anything kind’ hobby glue
Long Wooden skewer, painted with black nail polish or paint

1 champagne cork & wire for lampshade frame - any corked & wired beverage top will work
stitch markers, Paper, pencil, scissors, wire cutters, ice pick or other sharp punch & a bread knife (to cut the cork)

Few cotton balls or Handful of polyfill for stuffing
