I searched for a sasquatch pattern that would make my heart melt and I couldn’t quite find exactly what I was looking for. I decided to create my own for a Bigfoot vendor event and it was a hit! I hope you will love it as much as I loved making it! I will say I have only ever used Yarn Bee Fur The Moment so I can’t guarantee yours will turn out like these if you use a different fur. I’m sure there are similar fur yarns, I just haven’t searched for any.

This is an intermediate level crochet pattern. Bigfoot stands about 13 inches tall from head to foot depending on your tension. Pattern is written in US terminology.

Materials and tools needed (because this is valuable information before you purchase a pattern):

Tools:

• 2.50mm hook
• 3.50mm hook
• Tapestry Needle
• Sewing Pins
• Polyfil
• Stitch Markers
• 12mm or 14mm Safety Eyes

Yarn Needed:

• Approx 120 yards of worsted weight yarn for main color. I used I Love This Yarn in Medium Blue
• < 20 yards of lightweight yarn for optional horns. I used Yarn Bee Bamboo-tiful in white
• 128 yards of Yarn Bee Fur the Moment or similar lightweight fur.
