The slipover is knitted from the top down in brioche knit with double-knit edges along the sides and in the middle of the front piece.
Begin at the top of the back piece, with an open cast on.
The back yoke is knitted from the neck down, where increases form the armholes. The upper parts of the front piece are then worked separately, making increases for the armhole along the one side and increases for the V-neck along the other side. The work is assembled under the armhole, where the double-knit edges are sewn together.
Then continue the work back and forth until the parts are assembled mid front and the body is then worked in the round.
Finally, the work is divided again into a front piece and back piece to form a slit in the sides.
