Inspiration and construction
This little symmetric top-down triangle scarf/shawl is knitted in two colors featured by an easy color work stripe which creates a wave or dot pattern. At the bind off edge there is a wavy border as a special eye-catcher.
The first Idea was a shawl with a contrasting border and color work at color transition, but with knitting process there came up so many other possibilities to place color in this scarf. The pattern gives all options so that you can easily customize your version and consume your yarn as much as possible. Pattern is written for initial version; at the end you will find deviating instructions for different versions.

Sizes
S 88x35cm with 2 balls Lamana Como or Cardiff Cashmere
M 120x45cm with 3 balls Lamana Como or Cardiff Cashmere or 2 balls (1 color for each color) of Lang Regina.

Yarn
2 or 3 skeins with different colors of Como Cashmere by Lamana, (70% wool – Merino, 30% cashmere), 120 meters (131 yards) per 25g; or a budget friendly version with Regina by Lang Yarns (50% Cotton, 24% Alpaca, 20% Silk, 6% wool) 175meters (191 yards) per 50g.

Needle / hook
3,5 mm (US 4) cable needle 80cm /100cm - or needle size which gives you the required gauge or a nice stitch definition if you are using different yarn weight.

24 stitches and 36 rows to 10cm (4”) in stockinette stitch after washing and blocking but you can knit this pattern with other gauge too.

Inspiration und Aufbau
Dieses kleine, symmetrische Dreieckstuch wird von oben nach unten in zwei Farben gestrickt und zeichnet sich durch einen einfachen Farbstreifen aus, der ein Wellen- oder Punktmuster bildet. Die Abschlusskante ziert eine gewellte Bordüre, die als besonderer Blickfang dient.
Die ursprüngliche Idee war ein Tuch mit einer kontrastierenden Bordüre und einem Farbmuster am Übergang; doch während des Strickprozesses ergaben sich zahlreiche weitere Möglichkeiten weitere Farbakzente in diesem Tuch zu setzen. Die Anleitung bietet alle Optionen, sodass Du Deine ganz persönliche Version gestalten und Dein Garn optimal nutzen kannst. Die Anleitung ist für die ursprüngliche Version verfasst; am Ende finden sich abweichende Anweisungen für verschiedene Varianten.

3,5 mm (US 4) Rundstricknadel (80 cm / 100 cm) – oder die Nadelstärke, mit der Du die erforderliche Maschenprobe bzw. ein schönes Maschenbild erzielen kannst.

24 Maschen und 36 Reihen auf 10 cm (4″) im glatt rechts gestrickten Muster nach dem Waschen und Spannen – Du kannst dieses Tuch jedoch auch mit einer anderen Maschenprobe stricken.
