A geographically inaccurate skyline of the Yorkshire Dales, with Bolton Abbey, Skipton Castle, sheep, and even a bit of Ilkley Moor, with the Ribblehead Viaduct circling the top. The colourwork is stranded and there are some quite long floats to carry so be sure you’re comfortable catching floats before you start.

Yarn requirements:
The hat or cowl can be made with two 50g hanks of Kinross 4ply - one in each contrasting colour. The hat sample is made with 3 colours, a 20g miniskein for the rib (Glen) and another for the foreground (MC - Granite) and a 50g hank for the background (CC - Quartz). The hat uses about 40g, the cowl uses about 75g of yarn in total.
