This pattern uses some colourwork techniques, so if you’ve already knit our animal print cushions then you’ll have plenty of experience but even if you’ve not tackled it before, it’s really straightforward and we’ve got lots of videos, tips and how to’s over on our knitting knowledge page. Plus the pattern comes with both written and grid work versions, so you can follow the one you find easiest.

If you’ve got the yarn at home then you can get going straight away, it should take you a couple of hours from start to finish, and you’ll just need to be creative with what you’ll hang it off!

Twine for hanging
Long 12mm needles
35mm pompom maker if you want to add pompoms
