Easy bag introduces knitting in all directions. Final measurements are approximate becaue different ribbons will hang, and stretch with wear, differently.

Experience:

  • easy
  • simple finishing

Measurements:

  • Width 14”
  • Bag height - 13”
  • Bag height including handles - 17”

Yarn:

  • medium weight
  • soft ribbon
  • 525 yds

Other Materials Required:

  • one 2” decorative button or toggle
  • approx. 1/2 yd (40-60” wide) lining fabric
  • 2 yds of strong yarn (for seaming, if ribbon tears too easily)

Note: Sally says gauge isn’t important here, but you may want to do a gauge swatch to determine needle size. What you want is a firm fabric.
