The inspiration for this cushion came to me when one of the YouTubers whom I follow was rewarded with a framed silver play button for achieving 100,000 subscribers. Further rewards are presented for 1,000,000 subscribers (gold), 10,000,000 subscribers (diamond) and 50,000,000 subscribers (ruby). I am glad just to have my dozen or so subscribers but even the most popular fibre-related podcasts I watch will struggle to reach the first reward level so I thought, “Why not make our own?”

This pattern is free and for personal use only or as a gift. I do not intend to infringe any branding or trademarks but rather to celebrate the opportunities to share that YouTube provides the crochet and knitting community.

The cushion uses a 10” x 16” pillow form and the finished size is approximately 9” x 15”
