Yuletide was designed for the Red Riding Hood Yarns Christmas Shawl Club 2014,

A crescent shawl with beads (optional) knitted in one piece with written and charted instructions. Finished size - width 43cm/17ins and length 160cm/63ins.

Materials
4.5mm/US 7 60cm or 80cm circular needle or a pair of 4.5mm/US 7 straight needles.
100g/4oz of Red Riding Hood Yarns 50% merino/50% silk yarn in 4ply/fingering weight, 400m per skein.
27 stitch markers.
177 size 6/0 beads.
0.75mm crochet hook for adding beads.
Yarn needle for sewing in ends.
Blocking pins for blocking.

Abbreviations
Bead 1 - Using the crochet hook, pick up a bead and place it on the loop of the next stitch, cm - centimetres, ins - inches, k - knit,
k3tog - knit 3 stitches together, k2tog tbl - knit 2 together through back loops, kyok - knit, yo, knit into 1 stitch, p - purl, pfab - purl front and back, pm - place marker, rep - repeat, RS - right side,
sm - stitch marker, st(s) - stitch(es), WS - wrong side, yo - yarn over.
