I used two (2) 16” US sized 13 circular knitting needles. You can also use Magic Loop, DPN’s, or one (1) circular needle and switch to DPN’s.

Invisible join is used but you can skip if you don’t care.

You may add a bell, Pom Pom, or ribbon to the toque tip.
