This is my favorite Japanese character. It is what they call Debussy’s “Reverie” in Japanese. I play piano, and Debussy’s one of my favorite composers!
Note that this is just the grid. The square itself is 35 rows by 35 stitches, and I imagine putting this on anything I want to look dreamy, or maybe sometime I might do a Yume no Izumi (Fountain of Dreams) tapestry.
