Yupius is a classic top-down shoulderette shawl, which is worked in one piece. Patterning of the lace is done on both side rows.

Yarn requirements: 500-650 yards of light fingering yarn. Fingering weight or lace weight yarn can also be used. Gauge is not crucial, use appropriate sized needles to obtain the desired lace effect.
