It was about time I designed something for my husband, so Zacapa is a sweater for him! It’s a classic shape that’s easy to wear, knit in a yarn that’s easy to love.

The sweater is a classic pullover, designed to showcase a bold textured rib motif. When worked around the upper body, the rib accentuates a broad set of shoulders, and works beautifully with the lines of the saddle shaping at the yoke. The motif is also worked up along the sides of the lower body, in a flattering vertical line that breaks up the stockinette. Easy knitting, with a bit of interest.

Bottom up seamless construction means that you can modify things if needed, and instructions are given in the pattern for doing so.
