Zeberka is a very warm and quick to knit hat which can be worn both sides. As it is completely reversible, you actually get two hats for one knit.

Size: One size fits an average adult head, it can be slightly modified by changing yarn weight and needle size

Level: advanced beginner, the hat is knit in the round, you need to know how to knit, purl and decrease by knitting 2 stitches together.

Circumference: approximately 42cm (16,5in) brim diameter unstretched, 51cm (20in) at the widest point, unstretched

Needle size: US 13 / 9mm and US 15 / 10mm circular needles, US 15 / 10mm DPNs if you don’t like the magic loop method. You will also need a stitch marker and tapestry needle for weaving ends

Gauge: 8 sts in stockinette with smaller size needles = 10cm (4in)

Yarn suggested: 100 grams of any super bulky or bulky that meets the gauge, wool if you want the hat very warm. You can also use lighter weight yarn and hold it double. The essential is to get the gauge right.
