The Zephirine Tunic is worked flat, in pieces, from the bottom up, and seamed. It features a square neck at the front and a V at the back. The sleeves are slightly unusual in that they are open at the shoulder, and so, in order to work them each in one piece, the underarm (and the sleeve-cap shaping) is located in the centre of the piece. The sleeve cap, split in half, forms the outside edges of each sleeve piece until it is set in place.

This issue is on sale from 25th June from supermarkets and newsagents across the UK and from the Knit Now website. It is also available digitally here.
