Zeus Temperature Bunting
The Zeus Temperature Bunting crochet pattern has 40 colour pages giving instructions on how to plan and crochet a 12/52 week string of Temperature Bunting based on monthly/weekly high and low temperatures with an additional outer band of colour representing the season. The bunting flags are worked in rounds of treble stitch clusters.
The pattern is a detailed step by step guide that will take you right from deciding on what type of temperature bunting to crochet, collecting data and choosing colour palettes right through to easy-to-follow instructions and photographs for crocheting your bunting flags and finishing off.
Video tutorials are provided for some techniques used in the making of the bunting and can be accessed via links in the pattern.
The pattern also features a link to a temperature data website, printer friendly data collection and planning sheets as well as the addition of several blank, printable Temperature Bunting shade card templates.
This is a relatively easy pattern and is suitable for beginners with a basic knowledge of crochet.
THIS PATTERN IS WRITTEN IN UK TERMS WITH US CONVERSIONS INCLUDED.
Stitches (UK) used are:
Ch. (Chain)
Sl. st. (Slip stitch)
dc. (double crochet)
stk dc. (stacked double crochet)
Tr. (UK treble crochet)
The Temperature Bunting is worked using a 4.5mm hook and DK yarn. It is recommended that at least 1 x 50g ball of DK is purchased in each temperature colour used. The amount of yarn required will depend on the number of flags being made and the number of different temperature colours being used.
The flags are joined using doubled DK yarn but aran or chunky yarn can also be used.
Each finished bunting flag measures approx. 16cm x 16cm with joining chains of approx. 6cm and end tails of approx. 60cm.
Customers of the pattern also have access to a dedicated Facebook group - Cosy Cwtch Crochet Temperature Project Stars - a link to the group is included with the pattern and will also be sent via email after the pattern is purchased.
