I love versatile pieces that can be worn in several ways. This lovely accessory can be worn buttoned as a cosy poncho, or unbuttoned as a wrap/scarf. Using a purse-friendly yarn such as Cygnet Grousemoor Aran and a simple stitch pattern creates a stunning machine washable accessory that you’ll reach for again and again.

Knit flat, the Zick Zack Poncho utilises a super-simple arrangement of knit and purl stitches to provide texture and interest. I-cord edges are worked at the same time as the body of the poncho, with the addition of buttons to complete the look.

Available in a range of sizes, Zick Zack can be made smaller or larger by subtracting or adding pattern repeats (18 sts per repeat).

Instructions are provided in both written and charted format.
