This afghan was made by my great-grandmother, Lucille Gramling. I am in the process of recreating it. This pattern is what I am using in order to do so. The pattern for the row is spot on to the original afghan and the number of rows is well estimated from the length of the rows made so far. I will update this pattern once I finish my own afghan. The length and width of your afghan can easily be adapted by changing the amount of rows made or the number of zigzags you use. I have created a chart explaining how the beginning chain will adapt in order to change the width. I hope you find this pattern well-made and create a beautiful afghan, just like my great-grandma and I have!
