Zig Zag Fab is a fillet crochet pattern, designed to use one ball of Scheepjes Whirl. Scheepjes Whirl is a “fingering” weight yarn so any similar weight yarn would also look great!

The design is made using chain stitches to make holes in the fabric. It only uses two stitches, chain and Half Treble Crochet (UK terms) and chain and Half Double Crochet (US terms).

To get the full effect of the Scheepjes Whirl, the shawl is worked lengthwise.

The pattern includes full written instructions in both UK and US Crochet terms. It also includes a charted pattern, for if you find that easier to follow.
