This is a ripple scarf in Tunisian crochet. The color effect is created with two different color transition yarns in alternating rows. As designed, it requires 1 skein of fingering weight yarn in each of two colorways, for a total of 874 yards. You will also need a Tunisian crochet hook with a cable long enough to hold 73 stitches. Finished size is approximately 11 x 63.5 inches (blocked).

Size can be altered by changing either the number of pattern repeats, or rows or both. Different weight yarns can also be used, however, you may need to change hook size to get the proper drape to your fabric.
