Zig Zag Shawl is a light and airy rectangular wrap featuring a bold chevron pattern. It is worked flat from end to end using simple increases and decreases.

The shawl can be knitted with silk mohair, brushed alpaca, cashmere, or another soft, fluffy yarn that produces the stated blocked gauge and a light, drapey fabric. You can also hold the main yarn together with a fine metallic or shimmer thread for a subtle sparkle.

Skill level: Beginner

Size: Approximately 50 × 160 cm after blocking

Yarn: Approximately 840–850 m of lace-weight fluffy yarn
