The Ziggy sock pattern is a simple, fun to knit sock with an easy to memorize knit & purl zig zag texture that is worked around the leg and continued onto the instep. It is knit in the round from the cuff down & includes instructions for a heel flap/gusset & rounded toe. Pattern is written for DPNs, but is easily adaptable to your preferred method. If using magic loop, assume Needle 1 & 2 are the front needle (instep) and Needles 3 & 4 are your back needle (sole). Sample socks are knit using a gradient sock set, using one end of each ball as the Main Colour and the other end as the Contrast Colour.
