The size of finished item depends on the tension, yarn and hook you use. If you use the yarn and hook indicated (chenille yarn “Wolans Bunny baby” or similar yarn), the Ziggy the Butterfly will be about 19 cm (7.5 inches) in height.
You can make it bigger or smaller using another type of yarn but, please, adapt the crochet hook and safety eyes accordingly.
