ZIGGY VEST

Ziggy är en ärmlös slipover i kort modell som stickas nedifrån och upp i tvåfärgad mönsterstickning. Det klassiska hundtandsmönstret kombineras med en dubbel halskant och en bred resårkant nedtill, vilka ger plagget en modern twist.

Först stickas bålen runt på rundstickan. Därefter delas arbetet in i framstycke och bakstycke vilka stickas fram och tillbaka samtidigt som ärmhålen och halsringningen formas med hjälp av minskningar. Runt bägge ärmhålen stickas en enkel resårkant. Arbetet avslutas med en dubbel halskant.

Storleksguide: S (M) L passar till bystvidd 85-90 (90-95) 95-100 cm. Plagget har en övervidd (omkrets runt bålen) på 95 (100) 105 cm och mäter 50 (52) 54 cm på längden (från uppläggningskanten till skuldran). Det är beräknat för en positiv rörelsevidd mellan 5 och 10 cm.

Stickfasthet: 18 maskor x 20 varv = 10 x 10 cm i mönsterstickning.

Stickförslag: Rundsticka 4,5 mm till slätstickning och 3,5 mm till resårstickning.

Material: Vams från Rauma Garn (83 meter/50 g). 100 (125) 150 gram i färgen 308 Nude melert och 150 (200) 250 gram i 82 Kornblå.

Ziggy vest is a short slipover knitted bottom up in two-tone colorwork. It combines a classic houndstooth design with contemporary knitted details such as bold colorwork and a chunky double neckline.

First, the body is knitted in the round. The front and back pieces are then worked flat (back and forth in rows) while the neckline and the armholes are shaped by decreasing stitches. A rib edge is worked along the armholes. The vest is finished with a double neckline.

Size guide: Small (Medium) Large will fit a chest circumference within 85-90 (90-95) 95-100 centimeters. The garment measures 95 (100) 105 centimeters around the chest and 50 (52) 54 centimeters from the shoulder to the cast-on edge. The vest
should have a positive ease of between 5 to 10 centimeters.

Gauge: 18 stitches x 20 rows = 10 x 10 centimeters.

Needles: Circular needles, 4,5 mm for stockinette and 3,5 mm for rib. Please note that this is only a suggestion. Make sure you pick a needle size that will give you the right gauge.
