Ziggy Vines
This shawl was inspired by the 5 shawl 5 day challenge and the encouragement and support I got from my family.
I loved how simple the lace pattern was and when I sat down and worked on it I felt so relaxed at how easy it was to keep track and repeat the lace pattern. I love the texture and how it keeps you warm a cool night and that you can wrap up snugly in it.
This crescent shawl is knit flat, top down. I used a worsted weight yarun. You can use whatever yarn you prefer! It works up quickly and you can make it as long as you’d like.
Right now I only have one size available but I am working on a way to include other sizes.
There is no gauge for the pattern since there is no specific yarn type to use.
You will need a pair of circular knitting needles. I used a size 8 5mm.
Scissors and a darning needle to weave in your ends.
I used 1 skein (365 yards) and a little bit of another skein (less than 10 yards)
