The zigzag cowl is a beginner-friendly interlocking/intermeshing crochet design. It includes a chart, written instructions, and a YouTube video tutorial.

You will need two colors of yarn. In my sample, I used Universal Yarns Deluxe Worsted in Musket (190y) and Pewter (110y). You will also need a size I crochet hook and a yarn/tapestry needle for weaving in ends.

The finished cowl measures approximately 10” tall and 12” across (24” around). It is easily modified for size by changing stitch count in multiples of 4 stitches and adding/removing rows for height.
