Zimofo Huggie Plushie Bag
Welcome to my take on the little monster obsession! This plushie bag is customizable to fit your preferences. Although designed to be a huggie style bag, you can change a few details to make a backpack with the monster facing out. You can make a version of the monster without the tail and wings. You can make a regular plushie in a huggie, sitting, or standing position. This pattern is advanced-level, written in US terms. You can make yours with any yarn, but keep in mind the yarn used will affect the size. You’ll also need to use a smaller yarn weight for the face details and spikes. I used Loops & Threads Fluffy Flecks (weight 5 but feels more like a 6), Bernat Blanket (6 weight) and a 6.5 mm hook for the main pieces. I used worsted (4 weight) acrylic and a 3.75 mm hook for the facial details and spikes. Check out the tester gallery before you get started for some inspiration!
