This pattern creates an amigurumi pug dog. It is approximately 4” tall and 5.5” long. This pattern can be made with safety eyes, or you can choose to embroider on the eyes.
Pugs come in several color variations. I’ve chosen a light tan for my main color, but feel free to go crazy and have fun!

It is an intermediate beginner pattern written in English, using US Crochet terms. The example pug shown uses baby velvet yarn, but the pug can be made with any yarn weight and the appropriate corresponding hook size.
