Do you like reading scary stories? Or know someone who likes to read horror novels but doesn’t have a decent bookmark? Then the zombie hand is just the thing! It’s quick to crochet and will lend zombie, horror and scary fans “a hand” so they don’t lose sight of their current book page.

Skills Required

• chain (ch)
• turning chain (tch)
• single crochet (sc)
• double crochet (dc)
• half double crochet (hdc)
• slip stitch (sl st)
• increase/double crochet (inc)
• decrease/join stitches (dec)
• everything between { } is repeated until the end of the round (RE) or as often as stated (e.g. x3)

Size Information
The finished bookmark will be approx. 27cm/ 10.6“ with yarn in 50g/ 125m - light.

Materials List

• Crochet hook size 3
• Yarn in green, yellow, red and brown ( I use 50g/125m = Light)
• optional some filling cotton for the fingers (fingers will hang more loosely without)
