This is my second collection of shawl designs inspired by Japanese maples in our garden, following my first set, 5 Shades of Acer. Japanese maples are an important part of our garden in spring, summer, and autumn. Some, with their bright red bark, are even lovely during the winter months against the snowy background. All maple pictures were taken in our garden.

Dedication:
This collection is dedicate to my daughter, Shaulaine. She is a fellow knitter, designer, and engineer. She has been my tech editor, model, and valuable source of feedback as I designed these shawls. We couldn’t have asked for a better, more special and talented daughter. These are dedicated to her.
