This was my first book of BIG patterns. This was the best book I could find at the time which went past the 52” bust size in the Pattons BIG size books. The Moss Stitch Blazer is the best pattern in the book IMO because its more of a Rolled Collar Jacket than a sweater & can go anywhere. Don’t fool yourself, all of these patterns need some tweeking. There’s no shape built in, they’re the standard 90’s rectangle with arms attached but bigger. If the arms & shoulders are narrowed & some waist shaping knitted in, they would give a more modern look. I also love the San Francisco Shirt Tail - what a great sweater!! Again, narrow the shoulder & take some back waist darts to make it a little more fitted . . . But, if you like leggings & sweats, this is the book for you!!
