Les Châles Fantastiques, or Fantastic Shawls in English, is a collection of shawl patterns by two French indie designers, Christelle, aka Tricot & Stitch and Adeline, aka Bountynette, which invites you to step in a world of fantastic knitting with patterns both original and enjoyable.

“Châles Fantastiques is a collection of shawl patterns inspired by mythical creatures such as dragons, wyverns, unicorns… These fantastic creatures are part of a rich and international folklore; each part of the world has legends of its own and France is no exception: we have the Tarasque in the south, the Vouivre in the east, the Beast of the Gévaudan in the center… I love those legends and it’s inspired by them that I give you today the Châles Fantastiques, together with Bountynette, who I invited to join me in this adventure.”

The Châles Fantastiques collection will be released on January 21, 2017, with two patterns: “Dragon” by Tricot & Stitch and “Lòng” by Bountynette. The collection will continue to grow, with plans to add new patterns in the course of 2017.

Fruit de la collaboration de deux designers françaises indépendantes, Christelle, alias Tricot & Stitch et Adeline, alias Bountynette, la collection “Châles Fantastiques” vous invite à découvrir des designs originaux, agréables à tricoter, pour s’évader le temps de quelques mailles dans un monde fantastique…

“Je suis très heureuse de vous présenter un projet cher à mon coeur: la collection “Châles Fantastiques”, qui regroupe des modèles de châles inspirés de créatures mythiques: dragons, vouivre, licorne… Ces créatures fantastiques font partie d’un folklore riche et international; chaque contrée a ses propres légendes autour d’animaux extraordinaires et la France ne déroge pas à la règle avec le Tarasque en Provence, la Vouivre en Franche-Comté, la Bête du Gévaudan en Lozère… J’adore ces légendes et c’est inspirée par elles je lance aujourd’hui cette collection, avec Bountynette, que j’ai invitée à se joindre à moi dans cette aventure.“

Cette collection sortira le 21 janvier 2017 avec deux modèles : le châle “Dragon” de Tricot & Stitch et le châle “Lòng” de Bountynette
D’autres modèles viendront se joindre à ces deux châles fantastiques dans le courant de l’année 2017.
