This is a beautiful square blanket that starts in the center and works outward. Fun textures add interest to the pattern. It can be created in as many or few colors as you like for a beautiful baby gift. The pattern calls for aran/worsted weight yarn, but it could be crocheted in any weight, just realize the size will change.
