PATTERN DETAILS
• Each pattern starts at the bottom of the feet and works up to the top of the head as a single piece, crocheting in the arms.
• Sewing required to attach hair, ears, tails and other accessories.
• Yarn: This pattern is compatible with most yarn types: use lightweight cotton for a small decoration, or chunky plush yarn for a larger, cuddly finish!
• Approx. 20cm tall with DK yarn and 2.5mm hook, 35cm tall with chunky yarn and 4mm hook.
• Mix and match with my other Chunky and Pig patterns. For example, make yourself some Spooky Animals by using these patterns to modify the Chunky Safari patterns.

SKILL LEVEL
Beginner - Mostly simple stitches with a little sewing, some front loop only stitches, and a few colour changes. The bat is more tricky and suitable for intermediate crocheters.

MATERIALS NEEDED
• Crochet hook (1 or 2 sizes smaller than suggested on yarn label)
• Scissors
• Pins
• Stitch markers
• Tapestry needle
• Toy stuffing

For Trixie the Chunky Witch you will also need:

• Chosen yarn (purple, black, white, skin colour, brown, light brown and gold)
• Safety eyes
• Black embroidery thread or yarn

For Frankie the Chunky Monster you will also need:

• Chosen yarn (green, black, orange, purple and grey)
• Safety eyes
• Black embroidery thread or yarn

For Chilli the Chunky Devil you will also need:

• Chosen yarn (red, maroon, black)
• Safety eyes
• Black embroidery thread or yarn

For Hugo the Chunky Bat you will also need:

• Chosen yarn (purple, lilac and pink)
• Safety eyes
• Black embroidery thread or yarn

For Edgar the Chunky Vampire you will also need:

• Chosen yarn (skin colour, black, white, red and purple)
