Your contribution helps a Foster Care to Success recipient—usually a fashion or art major, a plus for the entire knitting community—complete their dreams of a college education. Each designer included in this e-book is letting us showcase one of their patterns to raise money for this charitable cause.

Recipients of this scholarship are high-risk individuals who have aged out of the system and don’t have family support as they navigate through school and into adulthood. We’ve been providing this scholarship since 2011 and have seen first-hand the huge impact it has on our student recipients.

Charity funds are raised through sales of original patterns and a custom-dyed artisan yarn created just for this event by Frabjous Fibers. During the fundraiser, we offer the designs exclusively through 12/31/2020 and donate 100% of profits to the Foster Care 2 Success program; a portion of the yarn sales is also added to the fund.
