Behind Uppskrift.fo are 3 women (Vár Solbjerg Hansen, Alisa Vesenberg, Rúna Á Steinamørk) with a dream of a thriving knitting community and of helping to preserve and build the Faroese knitting culture and traditions. This includes, among other things, collecting Faroese recipes in one place.
