Knitted, flat panels were done on my Addi 46 /43 stitches wide and stitched together by hand. Shoulder patches crochet hdc into back loop to create the ridges, ribbings were done 2x2 front post back post dc.
I made the following flat panels -
145 rows back panel
130 rows front panel
95 rows side panels
100 rows sleeves, seam closed with kitchener
