Cast on with 3.5mm needles. For yoke pattern 3.75mm needles. I held a sport weight grey yarn with one stand of multi color of mohair to pop up color.

Gauge:
25 stitches x 36 rows = 3.25mm
23 stitches x 32 rows =3.5mm

Modified sleeve shaping for every 18 rounds 4X
I knitted 90 rounds and started cuff chart.
CC Yarn used in cuffs :
grey color: 8g (30 yards)
Mohair: 3g (28 yards)
