This is beautiful big shawl with unusual construction for me. Have never knit anything like it before.

I really want the big shawl when I return back from Scotland. The one can keep me warm on a chilly place or be used as travel blanket on a long ride in next trip to Canada . I believe this shawl can cover my shoulders when I watch the sunsets in Niagara Falls.
Use 4mm needles with the Sport weight wool yarn instead of woolen-spun fingering yarn.
