I’m entirely rewriting the pattern to make it in the round and to adapt to my gauge

JMCO 40 sts (2 x 20)
Turn the CO and begin knitting from WS of the CO (the one with the purl bumps)

Work in pattern for 64 rounds

Embroider the face and sew the ears
Moustache : insert 3 threads of black yarn and secure with a big tight knot inside. Trim

PUK 2 x 5 for the arms
1st round KFB every st
Work 22 rounds
Stuff and close the arms

PUK 11 for the legs
1st round KFB every st
Work 34 rounds
Stuff and close the legs

PUK 2 x 8 for the tail
Work 34 rounds
Stuff and close the tail

Stuff the body, close the end and mark the head

finally

• head is a bit small
• Tail is a bit too big
• Good thing: the cat sits easily and looks it wants to be hugged with its arms opened
