I used most of the modifications I did on my first pair of Odditys.

Cast on 60 stitches
Did 12 rounds of ribbing.
Kept the palm side all in stockinette stitch.
Started the thumb on row 33 instead of 17.
Increased thumb gusset every 2 rows after the first two increases every 4.
Pulled thumb stitches off at row 55.
Finished on chart row 64.
5 rows of ribbing at the hand end.
Also, I didn’t twist knit stitches as the pattern called for.
